What are Dental Veneers?

Dental veneers are thin, tooth-coloured shells that are permanently bonded to the front surface of your teeth to improve their appearance. They are commonly made up of porcelain or resin composite materials. When placed properly, veneers look like brand-new versions of your real teeth due to their snug fit. At Atria Dental®, we are dedicated to offering new and existing patients across Gordon with a smile they’ll be proud to show off. Book your consultation with us today.

Dental Services You Can Rely On
Frequently Asked Questions

Porcelain veneers are considered a permanent fixture, but they are not indestructible. If they are properly maintained, your porcelain veneers can last for up to a decade. By maintaining your oral hygiene and regularly visiting your dentist, you can enjoy your dental veneers for longer.

With modern advances in technology, nobody will be able to tell if you have had veneers unless you tell them. When properly bonded to your teeth, your veneers will look and feel natural. At Atria Dental, we always recommend you choose veneers that are a few shades lighter than your natural teeth to avoid the "bright Hollywood" look.

Many people choose to get dental veneers because they have:

  • Noticeably chipped, broken or worn-down teeth
  • Stains on their teeth that won't be removed by teeth whitening treatments
  • Short or mismatched teeth

Regain the confidence to smile with your mouth open and contact us today to find out if dental veneers are right for you.
